WhatsApp-based thesis consultation · no payment required

One careful conversation can save months of thesis confusion.

The PT Writers Free Helpline listens to the real academic and personal situation behind a thesis problem, then helps the student identify a defensible next step. Priority is given to immigrant students managing a new country, unfamiliar programme expectations, work pressure and future career decisions alongside the thesis.

Send your programme, country, current thesis stage and the exact problem. Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential raw data in the first message.

What “free” means here

PT Writers has served more than 850 students through this helpline without asking them to pay or refer another student. The conversation is not a disguised quotation call. When an issue is outside the helpline’s competence or ethical scope, that boundary is explained directly.

Two high-impact pathways

Start well, or recover carefully.

Most helpline conversations are not solved by a generic list of topics. The useful answer depends on whether the thesis is still being formed or has already become blocked.

01
Starting a thesis

Choose a topic around the life and degree you are actually building.

The conversation begins with your programme, academic strengths, thesis or coursework target, future research or job direction, country transition and the work you can realistically complete.

Ask for topic guidance
02
Thesis already stuck

Recover the work before another month disappears.

We examine why the topic, scope or method is no longer moving, what your supervisor is likely to accept, and whether a focused modification or a complete topic change is safer.

Explain the stuck thesis
Pathway 01 · Topic selection

Three possible topics, built from the student’s actual direction.

Before recommending anything, the helpline asks what the thesis needs to accomplish for the student. A strong topic should fit the programme now while also supporting the next research, employment or migration step where possible.

  • Degree programme, subject and institutional setting
  • CGPA, thesis-credit or coursework target where relevant
  • Future research, PhD or employment direction
  • Migration to a new country and the skills that may matter there
  • Interests, available data, methods and realistic deadline
Pathway 02 · Topic and scope rescue

When an AI-selected topic has already cost two months.

PT Writers frequently meets students who began with a topic suggested by ChatGPT or another general tool, then discovered that the scope, data, method or supervisor fit does not hold together. In the rescue cases reported by PT Writers, roughly 8 in 10 have reached this point after the original topic has stalled. This is an internal service observation, not a universal research statistic.

  1. 01

    Listen before changing anything

We review the original topic, time invested, supervisor comments, attempted chapters, data constraints and the exact point where progress stopped.

  2. 02

    Read the supervisor context

Because a late change may have only one realistic approval opportunity, we ask how the supervisor communicates, what topics they favour and what they have already rejected.

  3. 03

    Choose modification or replacement

Experience across 800+ thesis projects supported in Bangladesh and abroad helps us judge whether the idea can be narrowed, reframed or repaired, or whether a new topic is safer.

  4. 04

    Prepare the next conversation

You receive wording for the supervisor email and practical preparation for three outcomes: immediate approval, a meeting request or an initial refusal.

Approval preparation

Prepare for all three supervisor responses.

The student should not be left without words after sending the topic document. The helpline prepares a simple response plan for immediate approval, a request to meet, or a refusal that requires clarification and one careful revision.

01

Approved immediately

Confirm the agreed wording, ask about the next deliverable and preserve the supervisor’s written approval.

02

Meeting requested

Prepare the rationale, feasibility, research question, expected data and answers to likely scope concerns.

03

Initially refused

Ask what specifically must change, avoid arguing, and return with a bounded revision rather than another random topic.

Historical experience, not a guarantee: PT Writers reports that around 9 in 10 topic recommendations prepared through this process have received immediate approval. The supervisor and institution always retain the final decision.

Clear operating boundary

Useful human direction, without pretending every problem belongs here.

Usually within scope

Topic formation, topic or scope recovery, proposal direction, supervisor communication, method-choice orientation, thesis workflow questions and preparation for the next academic conversation.

Not promised

Unlimited consultation, guaranteed response times, guaranteed approval or grades, emergency availability, confidential-data review through public WhatsApp, or automatic production of a complete thesis.

Direct out-of-scope answer

Where the issue requires a university officer, licensed professional, specialist laboratory, legal or immigration adviser, medical professional, or another competence PT Writers does not hold, the student is told that directly.

Before you message

Practical questions about the helpline.

The service is human, manual and capacity-dependent. These answers define what the public page does and does not promise.

Is the Free Helpline really free?

Yes. PT Writers states that the helpline has not required a payment or a referral from the students it supports. A free call does not create an order, quotation or obligation to buy a service.

Who receives priority?

Students living outside their home country receive priority because migration, work, language, programme fit and unfamiliar university systems often shape the thesis problem. The helpline remains open to other thesis students when capacity allows.

How long is a call?

The historical average conversation is around 30 minutes. The exact duration depends on the issue and current capacity; it is not an unlimited-consultation promise.

Can I schedule instead of calling immediately?

Yes. Use the scheduling action and send your timezone plus three possible time windows. A human confirms a suitable time through WhatsApp.

What happens when a request is outside scope?

PT Writers says so directly and, where possible, points the student toward a more appropriate institutional, technical, legal, medical or specialist source.

Is topic approval guaranteed?

No. Supervisors and institutions make the decision. PT Writers reports that roughly 9 in 10 of its prepared topic recommendations have historically received immediate approval, but past experience cannot guarantee an individual outcome.

Begin with the situation, not a perfect explanation

Tell us where the thesis stands today.

Use WhatsApp now, or request a scheduled conversation by sending your timezone and three possible time windows. A human will confirm what can be discussed and whether the issue is within scope.
